- Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis
- All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Colors displayed online may differ from the actual depending on your monitor settings and photography
- Upon receiving your order confirmation which will include your invoice, payment is to be made within 3 working days otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted.
- If you feel you are not able to make payment within 3 working days, please inform me before the 3 working days is due.
- Once payment is done, please send me proof of the payment (i.e. Maybank / Paypal reference number/screenshot) so that I can verify the transaction.
- All orders will be shipped within 1-7 working days upon confirmation of your payment as it depends on the customization or adjustments that needs to be done and quantity of your order.
- All items will be packed in a bubble mail envelope
- Please note that I make only 1 trip to the post office in a week as I am a work-from-home-mom and it is not always that I can pop out of the house to the post office.
- Once your order is shipped out, I will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the package yourself.
- All items will be checked prior to shipping for quality. Hence goods sold are non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable
- Trésor will not be liable if your package were to be lost in mail or damaged during shipping.
